Host Information

Beachfront Home on Island with Premier Fishing (fish attracting dock lights) , Private Beach, Two Lifted Golf Carts included and an Elevator as well as access to pools, kayaks, bikes, and tennis courts. A 3 bedroom, 4.5 bath and 2 kitchen waterfront home sleeps up to 10 and has over 2600 square feet of living space under air and an additional 1400 square feet of screened in deck space all facing the turquoise waters. Filtered drinking water on both levels so no need to bring bottled water!
Remote and undiscovered, North Captiva Island is accessible only by ferry, private boat or small plane. This private island community is reminiscent of old Florida as it once was during a simpler time. Just 3 miles offshore, this tropical paradise is part of the Lee Island Coast barrier island chain in South West Florida. Some of the best fishing and shelling in the US right in your back door! You would park your car at NCIC's transportation center before you get on the ferry. Once on Island- Lifted Golf Carts (2 included), Bikes and Kayaks rentals are included on island, and Walking of course! No cars!
