Beachside Paradise! Our home is meticulously clean and I do all I can to ensure you have a great stay- read the guest reviews. Less than 400 steps to the beach and less than 75 steps to the heated pool. 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 100% cotton sheets and towels. Newly renovated and decorated. New trex 2nd floor balcony with seating and new covered 1st floor patio with seating and bbq. On the golden mile, close to lots of food, bars and only 10 minutes to historic downtown St Augustine.
I've lived and traveled around the world. I like nice things, nice people and nice places. I have 2 beach houses in St. Augustine, both homes are less than 400 steps to the beach & toes in the sand. Each homes is meticulously clean and set up to provide excellent beach vacations.
A perfect location. We're in a quiet beachside community on the beach (400 steps from our front door to your toes in the sand)...and only 75 steps to our heated pool. And, we're on the Golden Mile- a Short walk to so many bars, restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops...and Publix is a 1 minute drive. Historic downtown St Augustine is a 10 minute drive. You can wall to many bars, restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops. you can bike to anywhere on the island. Short drive historic Downtown St Augustine (less than 10 minutes), and all the history, beauty, shops and restaurants there. We're less than 5 minutes to St Augustine Amphitheater
