Property information

This hip little bungalow offers a great home base if you are heading out to the Naval Air Station ,local Beaches, or Downtown Pensacola. If you simply want to relax, Navy Point offers a dozen small beaches, over two miles of beach trails, or a local boat ramp to put in your jet skis and fishing boat, and free air shows as the Blue Angels practice across the bay. OR sit around the firepit, play cornhole, enjoy the backyard bar and grill, and watch the kids swing while you nap in the hammock.

Neighbourhood information

Navy Point is a charming neighborhood established in 1944 to serve families commuting to the Naval Air Station. It boasts many small public access beaches and a 2 mile long beach trail lined with grand oaks, sandy beaches, and sea marshes. It has a convenient boat ramp within a mile of the house. It is undergoing a renaissance as many young families move in and renovate the properties. The neighborhood can be traveled by car, foot, or golf cart.
