Feels off-the-beaten-path, but only minutes to everything you need, with a quirky design and a focus on comfort.

Neighbourhood information

Over 2 acres of Waterview land near a tiny hidden unnamed pond that we can look at but can't access. Amazing Views and feel for being less than 2 miles from Publix and other shopping. It's a Perfect Location to literally get away from it all, and people keep telling us "This place is so peaceful!" We are within a few miles of local restaurants and grocery stores, and other attractions, but it feels like you are miles away from regular civilization. 3 min to Publix Grocery Store 7 Minutes to Downtown Wendell, NC 9 Minutes to Knightdale, NC 20 min to Downtown Raleigh, NC 29 min to Wake Forest, NC 39 min to Durham, NC 2 hours to Wrightsville Beach, NC 2 hours to Pilot Mountain, NC 4 hours to Asheville, NC Easy Access to and from the major highways make it easy to get anywhere in the Triangle area.
