Unique, graceful, beautifully redone and maintained bedroom and newly done private bathroom in home in a parklike setting. Lovely book-lined study is yours to use exclusively as well. Internet throughout the house.
Filmmaker and University professor is your host. Make you welcome and cater to your needs.
Most beautiful residential area in Los Angeles with lovely older homes and old-growth tree-lined streets for lovely walking. Close to major parts of the city including Hollywood, The Grove, Hollywood and Highland, Farmers' Market, Film Academy, Peterson Museum, Lod Angeles County Museum and the La Brea Tarpits...plus a walk away from Larchmont Village. But the home and property is behind gates and offers a quiet respite and nature with a koi pond and waterfall and rose garden and extraordinary landscaping. One of a kind.
