Hello! I’ve been living in San Antonio for about 15 year now. I love my city! I've been traveling all over the world and I know how important it is to be able to feel like you are home when you’re on a vacation. I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 10 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you're here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home (I will send you the access code the day of your arrival). This beautiful three bedroom, two bath, 1800sqf house includes beds for 8 people plus a sofa in the master bedroom which opens up to a queen bed plus a folding bed is also available. Both are very comfortable! This home can sleep a total of 11 people. House included in both the Living room and the master suite include Smart TVs which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels, Wifi, washer & dryer, wood burning Fireplace and more. High Ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. Includes a spacious and fun Gameroom w\ Pool table, arcade, Foosball and more. There is an open patio where you can BBQ and enjoy the sweet Texas breeze and sun light and right after, you can jump into the beautiful outdoor pool that can be used as a hot-tub as well. With a private garage you will have plenty of private parking. You can use the Neighborhood Golf court which is located a few minutes walk from the house. You will love this perfect vacation home! -Pool will not be heated prior to your arrival. If you wish to heat the pool, you can do so when checking in. Please note it will take several hours for the water to heat. -House is 100% non-smoking. -Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request. -Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00. - We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases. • Check in is at 3pm. No keys are required. • Checkout is at 10am. No keys are required. - If you wish for a late check out, there will be a charge per hour (You will need to get landlord's approval first)
