Built in 2012, the home is located in a private, upscale neighborhood of Village Oaks and features 3 bedrooms and 3 ½ bathrooms. The open and attractive floor plan features a living room, dining room and kitchen. In addition, the kitchen has a nice island and bar stools for extra seating. A large flat screen TV is mounted over the decorative fireplace. The master bedroom features a King sized bed, large sitting area and bath with a custom shower - all leading out to a deck on the first level. The laundry room and an additional half bath are also on the first floor. The second floor has two additional bedrooms.
