Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this quiet, attractive, comfortable cottage located in the main St. Simons Island Village area. Built in 2012, the home is located in a private, upscale neighborhood of Village Oaks and features 3 bedrooms and 3 ½ bathrooms.
The open and attractive floor plan features a living room, dining room and kitchen. In addition, the kitchen has a nice island and bar stools for extra seating. A large flat screen TV is mounted over the decorative fireplace. The master bedroom features a King sized bed, large sitting area and bath with a custom shower - all leading out to a deck on the first level. The laundry room and an additional half bath are also on the first floor.
The second floor has two additional bedrooms. The first has a Queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom with a nice walk in shower. The second bedroom also has a Queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Located on the landing at the top of the stairs, there are two additional twin beds and a nice sitting area with a love seat and a large flat screened TV.
The side yard has nice deck and the yard is neatly
