Welcome to 375 Sea Bass - a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home nestled along the peaceful marsh, where coastal charm meets comfort and relaxation. This inviting home offers a spacious and thoughtfully designed layout that's perfect for families, groups, or anyone looking to unwind in a serene setting. Close to everything! One of the most desired beach accesses is a mere 5 minute walk or less than 2 minutes by golf cart. Also very close by is the Beach Club area, with tennis, pickleball, pools, shopping, ice cream, pizza and an arcade. In the other direction, you will find the marina, golf course and the Bonito Boathouse restaurant. Fishing from the bridge is a very popular activity just steps from the house. Gorgeous sunset views complete the package...you couldn't ask for a better location! The main floor features a luxurious king bedroom with an ensuite bath, complete with a double vanity and walk-in closet. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with a queen bed plus a twin-over-twin bunk—both sharing a full hall bath. A cozy bonus room upstairs offers a twin bed with a twin trundle - ideal for quiet lounging or accommodating extra guests.
