The expansive interior features high-end furnishings and all-suite bedrooms. The exquisite outdoor spaces include three decks (all with either views of the ocean or the marsh), as well as a heated pool, waterslide, and gas grill. LIVING AREA Kick back with a crisp beverage beside the gas fireplace in the welcoming living area, which also has a smart TV and a wall of windows looking out to the ocean. An additional space offers a foosball table, smart TV, sink, and mini-fridge. KITCHEN & DINING The gourmet kitchen is appointed with a full suite of new appliances, colorful backsplash, and a large island for prepping meals. Gather for meals at the eight-person table. The kitchen island also seats two. BED & BATH This home sleeps 10 guests in four bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a TV, deck access, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, deck access, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a TV. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A half bath off the living area adds convenience. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Ideal for entertaining, this home features multiple outdoor spaces, including a main level with a heated lap pool that even has a waterslide! Board games, cards, and a gas grill is perfect for hosting an afternoon cookout. Take in stunning ocean, marsh and pool views from two decks. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. 7 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. An optional fee of USD 85 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
