Bella Vita welcomes you to St. Simons Island! Bella Vita, which in Italian means “the beautiful life”, is a sweet cottage nestled in the heart of popular East Beach Neighborhood. This recently remodeled 4 bedroom, 3 bath cottage is a perfect mix of comfort and style. Located on the corner of Bruce Drive and 5th Street, you will fall in love with the towering oaks as you make your way through the neighborhood. Bella Vita has a full kitchen, breakfast & dining areas with ample seating for 12, a nice living room with a view of the nicely landscaped, fenced back yard. This cottage has one bedroom and bath down stairs and three bedrooms and two baths upstairs. CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am • Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (9 persons). • Up to 2 dogs under 40 lbs are allowed at this property (additional fee per pet) • Parking is available for 2 vehicles. • ½ mile to Coast Guard Station Public Beach Access, 1.6 miles to Pier Village Minimum age to rent is 25 - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
