A 2 bed 2 bath private furnished home with walk-in bathtub, within a 2 acre fenced property within city limits. Gated entrance and unique keypad codes allow you to come and go securely as you wish. Note the Master bedroom is accessed through the 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom has an en suit bath & shower. Full kitchen with a small fenced yard dedicated to the blue house. A walk-in bathtub in the 2nd bath is friendly for those mobility impaired, although without a 5ft radius for wheelchairs.
The host grew up in Eugene and moved back with her growing family & 2 dogs. The family is friendly and will give you privacy, though you may cross paths as they live on the same property. They are happy to answer any questions you may have about the house or area through the app.
Surround yourself with nature within city limits in a neighborhood where food & shops are within blocks. The river bike/walk path is moments away for a nice stroll along the Willamette River. Ask your host for help if you want to walk out the gate, which opens automatically if leaving via car.
