Important Property Notes • 4WD/AWD Required in Winter: During the winter months (Nov. 1st - Mar 31st) and inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is required to access this property. Please ensure your vehicle has sufficient clearance (i.e. SUV, Truck, or raised sedan). Low-clearance vehicles with 4WD/AWD are not recommended. • Travel Insurance Highly Recommended During the winter months, we highly recommend you consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home. No refunds shall be provided if you cannot access the home due to winter weather. Guests are required to sign and abide by the Vacation Rental Agreement provided upon booking. A signed agreement is required within 24 hours of making your reservation, or, if your stay is within 24 hours, within one hour of making your reservation. Please check your email or call your host Carolina Mornings Luxury Vacation Rentals if not received after booking. Failure to complete the Vacation Rental Agreement will result in your reservation being canceled and/or you will not be allowed access to the rental property.
