Property information

The property consists of a building with two apartments. Each apartment features two bedrooms and one bathroom, as well as additional amenities such as a fireplace and a work desk. Outside, there is a shared patio with seating arrangements and a barbecue area for guests to enjoy. The property offers ample street parking for convenience. One of the highlights of the property is the stunning views it provides, overlooking Pikes Peak and Cheyenne Mountain. The picturesque scenery adds to the overall appeal of the apartments. To enhance the guests' comfort, we provide all essential amenities, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, and coffee. This thoughtful provision ensures that guests have a comfortable and convenient experience.

We are located on a quiet neighborhood street a couple blocks from the East side of Patty Jewett Golf Course, the third oldest public course west of the Mississippi built in 1898, has been city-owned since 1919. East Colorado Springs is the fast-growing East Colorado Springs is lively and outdoorsy, with multiple hiking and mountain biking trails, and open spaces such as Palmer Park and Nancy Lewis Park. Along with big malls and shopping strips, the area is home to breweries, laid-back pubs with live music, and a diverse dining scene. The nearby Peterson Air Force Base has a museum with exhibits showcasing the district's military aviation history.
