Conveniently located near the Gulf's famous beaches, restaurants, and shopping, this house is the perfect space to enjoy an extended stay. When it is time to explore, take advantage of the home's convenient access to some of Florida's best beaches and dining. Smugglers Cove Adventure Golf is a half mile away and you can visit IMG Sports Academy three miles away. Enjoy shopping at Ellenton Premium Outlets, just 10 miles away, and golfing at University Park Country Club 13 miles away. An open floor plan and upgraded fixtures create a bright and inviting space, plus the home is equipped with all the modern essentials, including a 50-inch TV in the living room, so guests can feel right at home. The true gem though is the home's enclosed backyard, beautifully landscaped with mature, Florida palms and native trees. A large, floating deck serves as the centerpiece of the yard, with seating for four. With access to a gas grill too, there's bound to be countless hours spent hanging out with friends and family. THINGS TO KNOW Guests are not allowed to wash cars onsite. Guests are not allowed to sublet rooms. There must be at least one person on the reservation that is 35 years or older. There is a strict 4 person occupancy guideline that will be enforced all guest must be registered. Home is monitored by a ring camera.
