Welcome to Buena Vista Farm, a sprawling 340-acre vineyard estate beckoning guests to unwind in a spacious family home. The expansive back patio treats guests to breathtaking views, setting the perfect ambiance for candlelit dinners or simply unwinding with a glass of exquisite local wine from the 90-acre vineyard. Buena Vista caters to families craving space to roam and smaller groups seeking an intimate retreat. Stroll through the vineyards, witness enchanting sunsets, and immerse yourself in the historic charm that transports you to a bygone era, offering a serene connection with the land. This peaceful haven provides a cozy sanctuary with panoramic views, a secluded atmosphere, a refreshing swimming pool, and estate wines sourced from the very vineyards you gaze upon. Notably, a recently installed HVAC system offers efficient cooling and heating throughout the residence for added comfort. ***Pool can be heated for a fee in the winter months. Pool heated to 82 for guests mid-May to mid-October, free of charge. County Permit # 6002318. We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite. Dogs are only allowed with an additional twenty-five dollars a night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly. A five-hundred-dollar refundable security deposit is required, and the property manager will reach out for your credit card information after the booking is in place.
