North balconies on floors 2 and 6 closed for ~2.5 weeks due to open penetrations; piping replaced 8/5–8/7, then temporarily covered until fire-rated access doors arrive (~4 weeks). Front construction dumpster may impact east ADA parking; trash chutes closed—guests must use front dumpster.
