Centrally located, you are just minutes to all the downtown fun on Duval St., yet far enough away for a peaceful night's rest. Sip your morning cup of coffee on the mansion's front porch and enjoy the sweet island breeze. Unwind in one of the lovely renovated gathering spaces or under the outdoor shaded seating area. A community kitchen is located on the first level of the mansion which also includes a microwave and additional refrigerator space. The Captiva room features a cozy king bed within the mansion with a private en suite full bathroom with a shower. Enjoy a flat screen TV for lazy evenings together. A Keurig coffee maker and mini fridge are provided as added comfort in your home away from home. Open the back door of your suite to a peaceful front balcony shared with another guest room where you can soak up your tranquil surroundings. Off street parking is provided on a first come first serve basis and there is also additional on-street parking. Enjoy the shimmering, shared pool with lush tropical views.
