The neighborhood is safe and quite. Please always “lock your car - take your keys - hide your belongings” ***House manual and policy: - No party and loud noise - No smoking/drugs permitted on property - No pets allowed - Check in after 4pm and check out by 11am - Additional charge will be billed for abuse and damage property and linens - Unauthorized guests, visitors, parties, events are NOT ALLOWED - You can park in the front. We also have private parking in the back of the house. STRICTLY NO PARKING ON THE OTHER SIDE OF FRONT STREET - Quiet hours: 11pm - 6am - The access code will be sent out to guests 1-3 hours before checking in. Please contact us directly if you have problems using the door locks. - There is private parking in the back of the house. - It’s touchless kitchen faucet, adjust the handle then wave your hand in front of sensor ( black button). - Temperature adjustment: place your finger on the right side of thermostat and move up and down to adjust the temperature - We block hallway closets for our supplies. - For your safety and insurance purposes at our listing, we require front and back outdoor cameras are online and working 24/7. - Extra chairs in closet. - First Aid Kit and fire extinguisher are located in laundry cabinets. - Towels are in hallway bathroom’s closet. It’s on the right side inside bathroom. DO NOT WASH WHITE AND COLOR TOWELS TOGETHER. - Basketball goal is SHARED for BOTH UNITS and play at your own risk.
