Location, location, location! Steps to everything Ellicottville has to offer. Spacious, recently renovated home close to everything, in the center of the village!
Walk 50-100 feet to shops, restaurants, breweries, winery, cafe’s , etc.
Less than 1 mile to Holiday Valley Resort, Sky High Adventure Park, etc.
Fully equipped home with everything you need for a great summer or winter getaway. Enjoy the basement lounge with built in bar and Instagram photo op, gas fireplace in the living room, fast Internet, luxurious beds and new 9-foot shuffle-board game in the living room as well as a vinyl record playing area with turntable and records (also can be used as a blue-tooth speaker)!
New outdoor wood-burning firepit, large back deck and backyard with corn-hole, and plenty of outdoor seating.
We enjoy traveling ourselves, and also enjoy fixing up vacation homes and decorating them to make them fun and inviting for guests. We also love sharing our vacation homes with guests and seeing how much they enjoy their time in our homes.
This home is right in the center of an amazing, very trendy ski village that has tons to offer during all seasons!!
