Charlie's two-bedroom is a newly renovated 2nd-floor apartment in downtown New Baltimore. The apartment offers 980 sq ft for a comfortable stay with two bedrooms. Each bedroom offers a queen-sized bed & smart TVs. The living room and kitchen are open areas with a workstation desk that can be used sitting or standing. The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen and has private laundry. STREET PARKING ONLY. Modern beach vibe with open concept in downtown New Baltimore, Mi. Great for adults or kids. Entire place I am available if needed. New Baltimore is a quiet, safe, and fun little town. Charlie's is located downtown and within walking distance of bars, restaurants, beaches, shopping, and a kid's playground. New Baltimore also offers a farmers market every Sunday and several seasonal festivals. Street parking only and walking distance to downtown.
