Enjoy the splendor in our Victorian by downtown! There are endless activities year round, such as world class skiing 15 min away, hiking, biking, hot springs, fishing, white water rafting, Loop Railroad, museums, bighorn viewing, star gazing, tour a gold mine, "leaf peeping" in the fall, etc! This cozy apartment features a kitchenette, dinette, mountain view balcony for morning coffee, 2 block walk to Main Street shopping, near Clear Creek and lake, and a claw foot bath tub to relax in.
Josh and his wife Kiki are based out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where they make art and sell it in their co-op style retail stores called the Kollective. During one of Josh and his 19 year old son's annual snowboarding trips to the area, they fell in love with Georgetown...enough to buy a place where they can vacay a few times a year and it share with others who feel the same way about the Rockies!
Guests mostly enjoy the world class skiing 15 min away, hiking, biking, hot springs, fishing, white water rafting, Loop Railroad, museums, bighorn viewing, star gazing, tour a gold mine, "leaf peeping" in the fall, and scenic drives on Guanella Pass!
