Please note that we provide private bedrooms with shared a bathroom in a townhouse/condo. Dream vacation homestays for visitors, students and solo travelers in the heart of mid-town Santa Monica. Safe and Quiet neighboorhood! Great location close to Brentwood and Westwood (UCLA). The beach is a 10-minute drive away (no traffic) and a nice walk if you choose. Walk to CVS, Target, Ralphs, Hulu, HBO and lots of restaurants and Bars. Great public transportations system to UCLA, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and downtown LA. Free WiFi and Laundry.

Walking distance to Smart &Final, Ralph's (grocery), Target (department store), CVS (drug store), and lots of beauty salons, sports bars, and fine dining. I love this space and my neighbors are wonderful but do work during the week, so please exercise your common courtesy.
