A safe place for parent and kids. THIS HOME IS LGBTQ FRIENDLY!!!!! A safe space for all who stay with me. All guest are required to post a photo of their ID and a photo of the Vaccination Card showing they are fully vaccinated. I generally DON'T rent my space to locals (people who reside in the L.A. area). So if you are local, please be prepared to explain why you would need to rent a space in the same city you live in, if you are a Los Angeles resident. Just being careful and safe, because I do have a 13-year old son to protect. No smoking on property. I have dogs. They will bark when you come in and out. They will stay in the back of the house with me during your time here. My home is LGBTQ friendly. All are welcome here. We don't discriminate against anyone. If you are a good person and need a good safe to stay while in our area, you are welcome to stay in our home. Be respectful and kind and you will be treated the same.

I am an Actor who is based here in the Los Angeles area. I love acting, biking and my 13-year old son. My dogs are not friendly so please don't ask to pet them or hang out with them. If you cannot stand barking, this is not the place for you. When strangers are in my home, the dogs will bark. And for liability reasons, my dogs and the guest are not allowed to interact with one another. This policy also goes for my 13-year old son. He is told not to interact with the guest. I want you to enjoy your stay in my home. And my home is large enough that while you are here you have your own entrance in garage & you have privacy in the back of the house. There are SECURITY CAMERA'S on my property that will record the entire time of your visit. There are no camera's in private spaces. Camera's are located in the Hallway, Living Room, Family Room, Kitchen area, Front Door, Front of the garage, Back of the home and on each side of the home. They are there for your safety and mine. The camera's are more to protect myself, my son and my home. This home is a LGBTQ friendly space. All who stay here have a safe space.

It has come to ALL HOST attention that there are customers who are now booking with us and after a stay, they do a "CHARGEBACK" to their credit cards to get their money back after staying in our homes. Be warned that we are aware of customers who are using this as a way to get a refund. It is UNETHICAL and FRAUD. After we let you stay in our homes and take advantage of our hospitality, you turn around and do a "CHARGEBACK" with your credit card company, will not be tolerated in this home. So I advise, you to move on to the next home if this is your goal. If this is not you please feel free to book with us and enjoy your stay. We look forward to meeting you. It's a very safe and inclusive neighborhood. You will see residents walking for exercise, bike riding, parents and children playing. We live on a Cul-De-Sac which makes it very quiet because most people who travel down our street, live here. My neighbors and I are very respectful of one another's space, so I ask that if you drive a car to my home, to only park right in front of my house on the available street parking.
