This luxurious residence can accommodate up to eight individuals with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Our guests can enjoy the comfort of a private pool, which we offer free heating services. Located just a short 8-minute drive from the Disney theme parks, Outlets, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars, our home provides convenience and accessibility to all the best attractions and amenities. Our property features high-end furniture, decor and everything you need for a luxury stay in Orlando. The house has a well-equipped kitchen with appliances, high-speed WiFi, cable TV, linens, towels and pool towels. Please be advised that, in accordance with our payment policy, an initial payment equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 50% shall be payable within 30 calendar days from the date of booking. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in instances where the check-in date occurs within the same calendar month as the booking confirmation, the total reservation amount shall be due and payable in full at the time of booking. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 30 days before your arrival date. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival or fail to show up, you will be charged the full price of your reservation. However, if you cancel up to 30 days before your arrival date, you will only have to pay the 4.5% credit card fee. In the event of a cancellation, we will process any refund owed on the scheduled check-in day. Please be advised that every Monday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the pool maintenance company will be on the property to balance the chemical levels in the pool. During this period, the pool will be unavailable for use and may only be accessed three hours after the maintenance is completed. This service is conducted to ensure the safety and well-being of you and your guests.
