Relax with friends and family at this peaceful, four season resort-like property. Hot tub is open year round! Summer guests enjoy a private 27 foot; pool, fire pit, pond with bridge, nature trail and more! Approx 20 min from Windham and Hunter mountains. After a day of skiing, snowboards, hiking, biking, golfing or riding the rail trail, experience fine dining in nearby Woodstock, Catskill, Hudson, Saugerties & more! (Or BBQ and use the new appliances our home) We accept Venmo or Zelle.
We are Kenya Mike Nomi Dave. Two married couples who cannot wait to share our new home with you. Mike and Dave met while attending college in upstate New York and have been friends for over 30 years.
Very quiet property and house is on a private road. Car is necessary. Private driveway with free parking can accommodate approximately 8 cars.
