Being a guest at Cozy Casita is the key to enjoying a stress free vacation or working vacation and is attainable only at this location! Space consists of one private bedroom and private living area (which can convert to a bedroom) , bathroom is updated and has granite vanity. Two TV's with Netflix,free wi fi, fully equipped kitchenette , relaxing pool, patio, gazebo with bbq. Walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants. One level. Easy access to Mayo Clinic and Kierland Westin Hotel. If you looking for a spotlessly clean, comfortable and fully equipped space. this is it!
We are empty nesters and are passionate about hosting. We treat our many guests as we would our family. We're always happy to meet and welcome new guests and repeat visitors. We love cooking, eating out, exploring new places and most of all our beautiful grandchildren.
Safe neighborhood in the heart of Kierland. Great location with easy access to all major freeways. Two large supermarkets within walking distance. Close to Mayo Clinic and the Western Hotel Kierland. Easy access to Scottsdale and Phoenix or anywhere in the Valley of the Sun.
