Offering a cozy one-bedroom, one-bathroom downstairs apartment with a living room, dining area, kitchen equipped with a gas stove, WIFI, two TVs with a fire stick, grill and an enclosed outdoor shower. Higher Altitude accommodates up to 2 guests.= Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the bedroom and a double futon in the living room. The hosts provide bed and bath linens, and guests are kindly asked to initiate laundering before check-out. *The Owners do live on the upper levels of the residence and have pets, but rest assured, the furry companions will not cause any inconvience during your stay! PARKING: Max of 2 vehicles PETS: Pets are not allowed Complimentary items below are provided as a convenience for when you first arrive.
