THE PROPERTY

Bedroom 1: King bed, twin rollaway bed | Bedroom 2: Queen bed | Bedroom 3: Queen bed and twin futon.
Master bedroom features a king bed, twin rollaway bed, ceiling fan, flat screen Smart TV. Second bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and walk out to upper deck.
Bathroom with tub/shower can be shared between master and second bedroom guests.
The third bedroom sports a queen bed, futon, ceiling fan and Smart TV. This bedroom can easily be separated from the rest of the house and has its own entry, for additional privacy. This area has a second complete kitchen featuring stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, dishes, and flatware.
The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination and is part of the third bedroom/ studio.
A laundry room with washer and dryer connects the two areas.
KITCHENS: TWO fully equipped kitchens as well as two Weber Grills if you decide to cook at home. Crockpot, dishwasher, electric and gas stoves, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerators, microwaves, coffee, tea, snacks.
INDOOR LIVING: Smart TV with Netflix, 2 dining tables, charcoal grills, electric fireplace.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Upper and lower decks, swings, outdoor dining table, charcoal grill, fenced backyard. Canoe, paddles and 2 life jackets available August 2. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Welcome to the Cozy Lakeview Retreat! I am a retired special needs teacher who has always wanted to fix up a place by the lake for my family and my guests. It is such a warm feeling when I know people have enjoyed their stay.
