This is a 1200 sq ft. 1 bedroom 1 1/2-bathroom basement apartment with its own entrance. The unit has a living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room! Both the living room and bedroom have tv's. The living room is equipped with a firestick and streaming service the allows for 1000+ channels. The bedroom's tv has basic cable, however, is equipped for any streaming service of your choice. A separate patio with a sliding door allows for your own outdoor privacy!
We are two young professionals that are enjoying life and helping others!
Alot of quick and easy restaurants nearby. 10 miles to the city of Atlanta and 5 miles to downtown Decatur!
