Hello! My name is Patrick and my wife Morgan and I manage many rental homes throughout our town of Grand Junction. I've been a landlord for the past eight years and have been hosting vacation rentals for almost four of those years. I enjoy providing homes for folks traveling through town and am always curious as to what new activities draw people out to Colorado from all over the world! We've been happily married for eleven years, I'm a father of four and my favorite hobbies are building motorcycles, fishing, snowmobiling, woodworking and welding.
We facilitate self check-in via keycode locks on entry doors (keycode is given at time of reservation via a welcome message). The garage door remote is inside the studio. Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am. If there are any problems or if you have any questions we are easily contacted via phone, text or via the Airbnb app. Preferably text for check-ins later than 5pm. Unless there’s a reason to make it necessary, we prefer to limit in-person contact for the safety of ourselves and our guests.
This is a public neighborhood located between CMU and Downtown. It is near a main thoroughfare, close to restaurants, gas, coffee, frozen yogurt, bike shop etc... It is also within walking distance to Suplizio Field where the Grand Junction Rockies (baseball team) play and where JUCO is held every year.
The studio is close to North Avenue, a main road that runs East to West through town, you can get anywhere in Grand Junction by car in about 15 minutes, often less. Depending on how you've entered town, once you approach the corner of 10th street and Belford Avenue, you'll see a grassy and gravel lot with two fenced structures. Proceed to the south, 2-story structure facing a large apartment complex south of the alley. Park in the driveway facing the garage door that is labeled "1005 C." After you've checked in youll have access to park in the garage.
