Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This Tiny comfortable place is a detached bedroom in the back of the house. You can access independently thru the big gate on the right side of the house to your private patio with dinner area for 2.You will find a Queen bed, Mini Fridge, Microwave, Toaster, electric Kettle, Work place and Keurig coffee, a 43 " smart TV, Ceiling fan and Mini split AC and Heat. The bathroom has Toilet and Sink **No Shower** Shared Shower across Main house Patio.
The Property is located in a Quiet and Safe Residential Area near the Cul de Sac where there are plenty of free street parking
