Welcome to your home away from home in West Seattle! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this cozy 3-bedroom retreat recently renovated with all the modern luxuries offers the perfect blend of comfort & convenience. Shopping, restaurants, parks, & more are all within easy walking distance. It's only 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes by bus/bike to downtown Seattle, with easy access to T-Mobile Park, home of the Mariners (MLB), and Lumen Field, home to the Seahawks (NFL) & Sounders FC (MLS). The space House has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms offering plenty of space for everyone to get ready, offering privacy when you need some alone time and comfortable living areas to relax in when you want to mingle. Zoned heating and cooling allows every guest to set the temperature in their private space to what is comfortable for them. We also have a fire pit in the backyard for your use (we do not provide any firewood). Guest access Guest has access to the full house except the garage & shed. Other things to note Note: Individual living areas are small and designed to accommodate 2-3 guests. The kitchen and dining area offer space to be the hangout area for all guests. One of the bedrooms is in the basement and the ceilings are a little low. We recommend this space for guests under 6 foot (183cm).
