Downtown Fort Bragg and Mendocino boast a wide variety of shops, galleries, restaurants, and additional tourist attractions. After a day spent hiking, shopping, and gazing at unique beach formations, fire up the home's gas grill and dine alfresco on the spacious deck. Full and content, the private hot tub welcomes you in with open arms for a bubbling soak. Inside, discover all of the comforts of home amidst an open-concept layout. The living room's leather seating and large smart TV ensure cozy movie nights, whereas the well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze. A wood stove is even available inside for the cooler evenings. A private washer/dryer, central heating, and internet access tie together the stellar list of interior amenities. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. A three-night minimum stay is required for all major holidays. This home is not equipped with air-conditioning. The yard is not completely fenced, the front is open to the road. Your photo ID (driver's license) is required to complete your reservation

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
