Completely renovated in 2023! Our charming home is just a short walk or drive away from the city’s best offerings as well as being located just minutes away from Wake Forest University’s campus. Walk through the front door of this little brick house and feel right at ease in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to a lively campus and thriving downtown. Our home is perfect for larger groups! Find out together why Winston Salem is a top choice for an easy weekend getaway.
My wife Sarah and I are the owners of Deacon Stays, a boutique short term rental business with many properties located within walking distance to the Wake Forest University campus. Family is very important to us, and we love raising our three boys in this beautiful town. We love coffee, mexican food, and house flipping shows. In addition to Deacon Stays, I am also the owner of an independent Financial Advisory business, RE|Focus Financial Planning.
The home is located in the neighborhood surrounding Wake Forest University. There is a popular local watering hole, named Campus Gas, which is just a short walk from the house.
