We have a lot of experience being a GUEST of short term rentals, so when we decided to invest in our very own rental properties we made sure it met all of our high standards. We took all of our knowledge of what we did and didn't like from past stays at rentals and created something that we feel will be a very special stay for our guests! Our home is located in the gated community of Penn Estates and has seasonal shared amenities like a pool for our guests to use, as well as tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts and soccer fields, playgrounds, and public access lake. Our home also has a private lake access for kayaking and fishing. Security is 24/7 and there are patrol cars regularly present to help enforce speed limits, parking rules, and community regulations overall.
