Welcome to Dolphina House, conveniently located in Pensacola's most central location, the historic East Hill neighborhood. Minutes from Downtown, the Airport, Shopping, Restaurants; 9 Miles to Pensacola Beach's sugar white sands! You're welcome to park your boat at the house, Boat Ramps are less than 5 minutes away. There are 6 Parks close by, one with playground & one with Tennis Courts. Guest manual: NO SMOKING or Vaping of any kind is allowed on property *No Pets due to allergies* No Extra Overnight Guest. Unexpected/Unapproved guest can result in cancellation w/no refund or additional fees or loss of deposit* Children must not be left unattended. * Outside quiet time after 9:00 p.m. * We offer YouTube TV on a Smart TV. You are welcome to use your own streaming accounts. * We are eco-friendly & the house is climate controlled with the Max heat setting of 74 & the Low Cool setting at 72. * We also offer a beach equipment rental package for 40 dollars per STAY. Details upon request. * Linens are provided. * Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies are provided. Supplies provided to get you started, include: hand & bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, & laundry detergent.* Additional supplies are available at the Publix approximately 5 minutes away. *We strongly encourage our guests to buy travel insurance.* Florida weather can be unpredictable; Hurricane season runs from June 1 to Nov 30. We've lived in the area since 1998. East Hill offers lots of opportunities to see everything Pensacola has to offer. We've found it to be the most convenient location in town. We are avid boaters and always launch from Bayview Park, just blocks from your stay. We hope you enjoy the area as much as we do, and we are close by and available to answer any questions that you have.
East Hill is convenient to everything! You'll be 5 minutes from downtown, and roughly 15 minutes to Pensacola Beach. We're about 4 miles from the Airport, 10 minutes to PCC. There are several restaurants, a bakery, and two salons within a few blocks. There's also a Publix Grocery store in the neighborhood for added convenience. Bayview Park offers boat ramps, picnic areas, playground equipment and tennis courts. East Hill has several City Parks, some with playgrounds, basketball courts, baseball diamonds. It's a great neighborhood for walks, or jogging.
