This modern yet soulful hideout offers style, comfort, and fun. ★ 6-person hot tub, in-ground fire pit ★ Zen Dome w/ AC for yoga & meditation ★ Games room with billiards & retro arcade ★ Music room, smart TVs, lounge areas ★ Large fenced yard – pet friendly ★ Sundeck w/ 40-ft misters, BBQ, hammock ★ High-speed Wi-Fi, smart home tech ★ Modern kitchen w/ wine fridge & cocktail bar ★ Sleeps 7: 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Full sofa bed ★ Property Size: 1,513 sq ft Unwind indoors or out with plenty of space to gather. Enjoy the arcade, fire pit, hot tub, or just relax in the dome. All bedrooms are tucked away for restful privacy while common areas stay lively. Guests under 21 must check in with a parent or legal guardian. TRUVI Verification: All bookings are protected by TRUVI, our trust and safety partner. After booking, guests will receive a secure text with a link to complete a quick verification. You’ll choose either a refundable deposit (minus a small fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver. Check-In Form: Before receiving check-in instructions, guests must complete a Check-In Form agreeing to our Rental Agreement and House Rules. A photo ID is required and must match the credit card on file. All payments must be completed prior to check-in. Check-in is after 4PM. Check-out is by 11AM. Requests for early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed, and subject to additional fees. Extra guests beyond 4: 50/night. Pets allowed with approval and 75/per stay fee. No smoking indoors or near the dome. No sleeping in the dome. Cell service may be limited—unplug and enjoy the peace. Please respect quiet hours (10pm–8am). No parties. Photoshoots require prior approval. Outdoor pest control visits monthly. PLEASE READ AND AGREE TO HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING.
