Spacious two-bedroom two-bathroom beachfront unit located on the ground floor of the Doral building at The Beach Club Resort and Spa. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat-screen tv, patio access, and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. The guest room has a queen bed and flat-screen tv. The guest bathroom is conveniently located in the hall next to the guest bedroom and has a shower/tub combo. ***PARKING PASS FEES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE*** Important Things To Note: Renters must be at least 25 years of age. Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act). According to the ADA: "Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities" "Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA." The Beach Club Resort & Spa does require an amenities wrist band for the use of their Clubhouse amenities which include: indoor pool, outdoor pool with poolside cabanas & grill, fitness center, game room, and kids activities.
