This is home is nestled in central downtown. Typically downtown is overcrowded and parking is horrible but this home is unique in the fact that it is commercially zoned and in a spot where all the surrounding lots are owned by the city. You have complete seclusion here and your still close to everything downtown.

Neighbourhood information

This neighborhood is private and not even 2 miles from Chase field the baseball stadium. Also close to museums, ASU, and all the other downtown attractions.
