Kody & Laura are from Baytown, about an hour or so from Crystal Beach. We grew up coming to Crystal Beach on the weekends. As our kids are getting closer to graduating, we decided to buy our own beach house so we can spend our free time at the beach making memories. We love the location of this property! It is centrally located in Crystal Beach, with easy access to everything! The quiet cul de sac is a perfect location for families with children. There is little traffic on our small street.

The neighborhood is family oriented with many homes occupied by permanent residents. Please be respectful of them. No loud music, large parties or events are allowed. The maximum number of guests is 10. We do not allow guest to put tents on the deck to accommodate additional guests. All cars must be parked under the house or in the driveway on the property. Parking is not allowed in the street or in the cul-de-sac. Cars parked in these areas will be towed at the Owner’s expense. No RVs allowed.
