Property information

I have noticed an ongoing problem with people showing up with more guest than are allowed. if there are more than four people on the property at any time you may be evicted and lose your entire payment. And yes this is not a good place for children so sorry no children allowed. private trail across the 6 acre property then 100 acres of forestry land . Nabors have land to the rite and left of this place so no trespassing their,. stay on the trail and off the very steep hillside here. 15 minutes from the grocery store. 10 minutes of steep paved road then half mile dirt rd. 4 wheel dr not needed. Let host know what time to meet you the morning of you drive. instructions on staying here are required on arrival or over the phone. NO camp fires, No fire arms or pellet guns, .No off road vehicles which means no dirt bikes. thanks for your attention.
