POLICIES AND DISCLOSURES: 1. Maximum Day Time and Night Time Occupancy is 6, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age. Sleeping arrangements for 4. 2. Parking for 2 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round. 3. A 4WD vehicle is strongly advised during times of snowfall. 4. The upstairs bedroom is an open air loft. 5. The roof is metal and does shed towards the primary entrance. 6. This home does not have a dishwasher. 7. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties.
