Street parking is prohibited year-round. 3. A 4WD vehicle is strongly advised during times of snowfall. 4. The upstairs bedroom is an open air loft. 5. The roof is metal and does shed towards the primary entrance. 6. This home does not have a dishwasher. 7. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties.
