This easy to get to fishing bungalow on the water is ideal for those looking for a quiet retreat or easy access to the water. The bungalow is located in a quiet cul-de-sac at the end of a lagoon leading into the south side of Clearlake. There is on-street parking large enough to fit a medium sized trailer near by. We are minutes from the local boat launch and downtown Clearlake.
Quiet street in the Highland Harbor subdivide Easy access from Old Highway 53. Two off street spots parallel to the street and a vacant court next to the house that you can usually park a trailer or additional vehicles.
