Due to the new Florida HOA laws all condos include this one has to go through an extensive overhaul. The outside is being taken care of but the inside is fully done to your comfort. The elevator is currently out of order during these repairs.
The facility is located - 9 miles West of the beach - 15 miles from Ft Lauderdale International Airport - 32 miles from Miami International Airport - 34 miles North of Miami Beach (south beach) - 7 miles from Sawgrass Mall (the largest mall in south Florida) Food and shopping area conveniently close by within walking distance
