Important Details
• Power Outages: Occasional power outages (typically 2-3 hours) may occur due to our mountain location. Flashlights and extra blankets are provided.
• Internet: While we provide the fastest internet, reliability may vary in the mountains. We offer a large collection of DVDs, games, and a relaxing hot tub and sauna as alternative entertainment options.
• Outdoor movie theater: Kindly store the projector indoors and retract the screen after use. Please be considerate of the noise level to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
• EV charger: Please bring your travel charger.
• Hot Tub Maintenance: Our team services the hot tub weekly, typically in under 15 minutes. Typically can be used 30 minutes after service is complete. If a full water change is needed, it may take 4-5 hours to reach the optimal temperature. For your safety, please follow the Hot tube rules posted.
• Firewood: We do not provide firewood, but you can get it at the nearby general store if you are planning to use the outdoor fire pit.
