Affectionately known as Sea*Renity Now, this beautiful new all-suite 3BR/3.5BA home is located on the eighth hole of the fairways at Palmilla Beach Resort, just steps from the shared pool, luxury cabanas, and a short golf cart or walk over the beach access boardwalk.
Enjoy over 2,000 square feet of living space as well as panoramic golf course views from multiple private outdoor living spaces.
LIVING AREA
Furnished with a sleeper sofa, two armchairs, additional seating, and a 75” TV, the living space is ideal for watching a movie.
KITCHEN & DINING
A modern kitchen and open dining area make group entertaining a breeze. The well-equipped kitchen has a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Kitchen extras include a waffle maker, ninja blender, Keurig machine (plus starter supply of k-cups), 4-slice toaster, beverage and cocktail glasses, as well as place mats and napkins, dinnerware (glass and melamine), and silverware for 10.
Between the center island and large peninsula countertop, there is bar seating for six, and the dining table can accommodate eight.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This two-story home sleeps up to 10 guests between three bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa.
The master bedroom has a king bed and a 43” TV. The beautiful en-suite bath has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet.
The second and third bedrooms each have a twin-over-queen bunk bed, 43” TV, and en-suite bath with a soaker tub/shower. A half bath is located off the kitchen.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Beautifully landscaped, Sea*Renity Now has several private outdoor areas for your enjoyment.
Upstairs, there are three balconies, each with a fantastic view of the golf course, distant marina, and glimpse of the Gulf and dunes. Off the main living area, the front balcony has a table, four chairs, and a swing. The side balcony, off the dining area, has seating for four.
On the lower level, you’ll find a front and side porch, as well as a grill and an outdoor shower with teak floor mats.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
This rental is located on floor 1.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
