Modern, stylishly decorated, spacious family retreat located in Sea Palms Golf Resort, mid-island & perfect for a multi-generational group stay. New everything from the forks to the furniture circa 2022. Surrounded by wildlife, flora & fauna w/ fenced back yard & captivating screened porch. Fully-equipped w/ grill, hottub & everything needed for a delightful stay. Spacious floor plan w/ 3or4 bedrooms & 2 incremental sleeping spaces + an air mattress (upon request), 3 full baths, sleeps 12. 5 bikes incl. Pet friendly.
I'm a real estate broker, a wife, a dog mom, and I have a real obsession with Travel. Our vacation rental career began with a small condo on St Simons Island in 2019 that we were playing around with. That endeavor evolved into several properties with a growing desire for more. So far, I haven't found anything more fun in my life then hosting guests.
Sea Palms Golf Resort is mid-island, and is a newly-renovated, award-winning, 18-hole public course, surrounded by gracious custom homes on sprawling lots with gorgeous landscape! Access to the course is by appointment, for a fee. The restaurant "Sago" is open to the public and offers the best Sunday brunch on the Island. It's a great neighborhood for walking & biking, though access to the pool and tennis courts are not available to the public. There is a public pool & water park at the Pier Village, and there are several locations for public tennis courts around the island. Stables for riding are located just north of the resort.
