Located 5 miles south of town, this luxury condo offers panoramic views and a relaxed, country atmosphere next to the 12th hole (and lake) of the year-round Moab Golf Course. Upstairs, the two bedrooms (one with a king bed, the other with a queen) share a connected bathroom, featuring a luxurious jetted tub/shower. An additional nook in the loft area at the top of the stairs holds a twin daybed that sleeps another guest if desired. On the main level, the living/dining area provides a comfortable gathering space, where after a full day of activities, you’ll enjoy the cozy ambiance of the gas log fireplace. The dining table seats 4 and there is additional seating via stools at the snack bar. The pass-through kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cookware. Appliances include dishwasher, range, built-in microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and coffee maker. A stackable washer/dryer is provided in the laundry closet off the kitchen. You’ll also have secure storage for your car and recreational toys in the attached, single car garage. Topping off this vacation home is the private patio that faces the golf course, equipped with a picnic table and a propane BBQ grill. Enjoy an evening
