If the residence requires a Homeowners Association application, this may require personal details. Guests are encouraged to complete and return the application form by email at time of booking and no later than 24 hours after booking. Failure to do so could drive additional cost to the guest to ensure HOA timelines are still met, or at worst could result in cancellation of the reservation. If included in your reservation, we are not responsible for the inoperability or availability of community/membership privileges or access to recreational features and on-site amenities. This residence is privately owned and homeowners may make ongoing updates at their discretion, in the interest of providing an enhanced guest experience. This gorgeous estate home, professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals in the resort-style gated golf community of Lakewood National is the perfect vacation home for the whole family! This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home features a huge travertine lanai and a private pool and spa. This beautiful home lends itself to entertaining and enjoying the Florida lifestyle. The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV and a en suite bath. One guest bedroom contains a queen size bed and the other has a king both have easy access guests' bathrooms located nearby. One of the guests' bathrooms provides direct access to the lanai. Perfect for hosting in the summertime! The location is superb with only a 5-minute drive to downtown Lakewood Ranch, 20 minutes to downtown Sarasota and 40 minutes from Tampa. Not to mention that Lakewood National is only a short distance to the finest beaches, restaurants, and shopping centers in the area. You’ll love everything about this community.  Lakewood National requires all renters to purchase the membership transfer. The fee for the membership will be factored into the total price. This will give you access to the all the fun the community has to offer! Pool heating is optional and available for an additional non-refundable fee, payable to the management company after booking. Requests made after arrival will incur an extra trip charge. Vehicles with commercial signage are not allowed to park on driveways or streets overnight. An HOA application may be required and could request personal details.
